I love working with new clients. At the present moment, all of our appointments are happening online Tuesday-Thursday from 1-7 pm. My last appointment of the day begins at 6 pm.
Requests for Client Records
If you would like to receive a copy of your health care records, notify Dr. Buser by email. Most records are kept electronically. Records are purged 7 years after your last appointment with Dr. Buser.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your care or interactions with Dr. Buser, please let him know of your concerns so that he may address them. You may file a formal complaint with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council using the Council's Contact Us webpage
OR file a complaint with the Office of Attorney General’s Consumer Protection webpage.
